Not pleased with Service what happen to my SUV:

Drove my SUV for a diagnosis check my SUV would not go into Gear. Do to Human error. what I don't understand is that it happen there. It was there for a check engine light. And I get a call that it will not move. Because it will it will not go into Gear. Question: Why should I pay to fix the problem when it's the Service Department Fault. It happen on Chevrolett Lot. I have called and called Nobody got back with Me. I called and called no response. Where do I go from here? I need some feed back.

Glad to see great work from a auto shop

Went to modern auto for an oil change, They did great work checked everything for me and did it in a timely manner . Thank You so much guys , keep up the good work. Bought our 2007 chevy silverado from them and they have been nothing but excellent in customer service. So to anyone looking to buy a vehicle I would definately recommend them. They will help you ,from doing research , to letting you test drive and changing your oil. What a great bunch of people to work with. Thank you to the Feldman family you are running a great business.
